The Discharge Monitoring Reports and lab reports for this facility have shown no permit violations since
January 2004, which is when this facility began operating.
Wastewater is comprised of filter backwash water which is pumped into, a settling basin. Sludge settles to
the bottom and the supernatant water is decanted off and discharged into a drainage ditch which leads to the
receiving stream.
