This e-mail is to notify you that COC No. NCC204918 for the project Fairfield Farms - Lot 102 &247 has been rescinded as of 11/10/2021. The
COC was originally issued on 11/2/2020.
Conducting subject construction activities without approved coverage under the NCGO1 Construction Stormwater Permit is against federal and state
laws and could result in fines. If something changes and you would again require coverage, please go to www.deq.nc.gov/NCGOI and complete the
eNOI form.
If the site is in the process of being sold, you would be performing a public service if you inform the new or prospective owners of their potential
need for NPDES permit coverage.
