This is my response to Colleen's email, I have also sent all this by email to Colleen and Chris.

Thanks for your comments. I am sending your questions on 41 and #3 to the engineer to address your
concerns. For question 4, on lot 101: When I performed the dilenation in March after a very wet winter and
early spring, it was a questionable wetland. At the request of the engineer I recently revisited that wetland to
see it in more normal conditions. It was obvious the area was not a wetland. I revised the Preliminary Wetland
Map and sent Chris the revised map with pictures. I apologize for not sending it to you also and I honestly
forgot to have the engineer send you and Chris a revised set of drawings. I'm glad you asked the question. I'm
attaching the revised preliminary wetland map showing no wetland in the area of lot 101. I'll ask the engineer to
send me the revised drawings and include your comments on questions 1 &3.
On question 2, as you stated, there was a Neuse Buffer determination on the tract with PIN # 16622-81-2752,
which was the original tract. The tract with PIN #166220-71-6611 was added at a later date and we conceded
these features as being subject so no official determination was made.
I appreciate your time with this, if I haven't completely answered your questions please don't hesitate to contact
me. I have also attached the revised preliminary wetland map and revised drawing. We are only having
permanent wetland impacts.
