A solar panel farm is proposed at the subject site. ECS has not been provided with the site plans. In general, the proposed solar
panel construction footprint will be limited to within the boundaries of the site. The site is primarily comprised of agricultural land with
a residential dwelling. The residential dwelling will be razed. Two potential jurisdictional tributaries are located on the north and
south of the site boundary, respectively.
Please attach a map of the site indicating project boundaries on the USGS 1:24,000 Topo and /or NRCS Soil Survey.
If you are unable to locate either of these maps, please contact the Regional Office for assistance.

ECS would like to schedule a stream assessment for the site located at 4947 Highway 58 North in Kinston, Lenoir County,
NC. The site is identified as a portion of Lenoir County Parcel Identification Numbers (PIN) 451900636737 and
51900733384. There are no wetlands or streams within the site boundary. However, there are -two stream features on the USGS map
located north and south of the site. The stream features are parallel to the site boundary. The stream determination will be used to
determine the limits of the project footprint (i.e. site boundary).
This is an accessible an straight forward site. Let me know if you need me present for the site visit. Call me with any questions.
