Hi Alan,
Thanks for giving me a ring the other day per your review of the Piedmont Lithium Mine Permit application.
As discussed, please see the attached map depicting the IP Project boundary against the Mine Permit boundary with
delineated features.
The IP boundary has a JD Verification, and the JD on the remaining areas within the Mine Permit boundary are in the
USACE's court for review.
The mine permit as submitted in August, does not propose additional impacts to streams/wetlands beyond those
approved in the 2019 CWA Section 404/401 permits.
