The only change our office of counsel (OC) recommended was that the following wording be added to that paragraph
"See the copy of the Corps'
correspondence dated , 2013 attached hereto, incorporated by reference, and identified as Exhibit _." I will
had a cover letter written for the permit in which is the correspondence that language is referring too.
I don't like doing this without all the paperwork issued but since our OC has approved the language and it is a minor
deviation I am okay with them constructing the sidewalk before the actual permit is sent out.
