Other Violations/Staff Remarks: DMR remarks say, "On 8/24, a fecal exceedance occurred due to a malfunction with the
chlorine tablet depositor. A tab at the bottom turned sideways, temporarily inhibiting adequate distribution of chlorine. Upon
discovery, the chlorine tablet cylinder was adjusted, which corrected the issue. Following this event, additional CL2 sampling was
conducted in the following weeks as a process control measure."
