Flow was low at the Conference Center first two weeks of June, both weekly recordings being 500/GPD. The facility reopened in June after having been closed for over a year in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. An extended period of insubstantial flow caused existing microorganisms to starve, and the lack of movement caused the return pipes to become clogged. Upon discovery, the system was partially pumped out, and new microorganisms populated. BOD remained high for the remainder of the month as the plant was still recuperating. Rehabilitation of the plant is ongoing as we continue to address these challenges. Missed O&G, MBAS: As the result of a communication error between the operator and the lab, the once -monthly sample set was missed. This mistake has been addressed with the lab. Monitoring was resumed 07-2021, sampled on 07/15/2021." Recommend NOI.
