Sue,
WK Dickson will submit the $240 application fee, updated plan set, and a letter explaining the design revisions to further
protect surface waters. Specifically, where the LOD is within 5 feet of the top of bank we will use a pump- around to
ensure work in the dry and minimize erosion. Additionally, a construction note will be added stating that stumps and
root systems of trees removed near or on channel banks should be left in place as much as possible (no grubbing). Let
