If the impacts are the same amount in the same location, I have been adding the updated information into BIMS and
Laserfiche without re- issuing the 401. If that is not the case then we have been requiring that the applicant send in a
revised application and the appropriate processing fee. Are you familiar with the project to determine if a new
application is required?
