The undersigned, Environmental Banc & Exchange, LLC the Sponsor of the RES Cape Fear 02
Umbrella Mitigation Bank (Dairyland Site) hereby certifies the following:
1. Publix Super Markets, Inc has deposited monies with the Sponsor sufficient to
acquire 622.00 Stream Mitigation Credits from the Bank for use on the Publix
Distribution Center project (USACE Action ID SAW-2018-00240), in Greensboro,
NC, in HUC 03030002 of the Cape Fear River Watershed.
2. The Publix Distribution Center requires a total of 8,897.00 Stream Mitigation
Credits as mitigation. Of this amount 622.00 Stream Mitigation Credits are being
provided by the Dairyland Site in the RES Cape Fear 02 Umbrella Bank.
3. The Sponsor has deducted 622.00 Stream Mitigation Credits from the Bank's credit
ledger in HUC 03030002 of the Cape Fear River Watershed.
A copy of the Bank's Credit ledgers reflecting the above transaction are attached to this Certificate.
