Soil Plus, LLC (Soil Plus) received an Additional Information Request dated September 8,
2021 regarding the permit renewal application submitted on behalf of the Town of
Hertford. Please accept this letter and attachments as response to the request. This package
includes:
1. Revised Site Maps
• A note indicating the delineation of the compliance and review boundaries
has been added to each map.
• County, Landowner, Permittee and Site information has been added to
each map.
• The location of the shooting range has been added to the Site 2 Field 1
map. The shooting range is private and managed by the owner of the land.
• The two wells mentioned have been added to the Site 2 Field 1 map.
2. ORC Designation Form
• An updated ORC designation form has been submitted to WPCSOCC. A
copy of the form has been included here as well.
Soil Plus is responsible for completing this permit renewal for the Town of Hertford. If
