Inspection Summary:
On 7/7/21 a site visit was performed by R. Sipe w/ WQROS WaRO as part of the review of the permit renewal application.
All the fields to be included in the new permit were visited and were observed to be in adequate condition.A shooting range
was observed in the SW corner of Field 2-1 and two public water supply wells were observed NW of Field 2-1 along Pender
Rd. The application and map should be revised to address the presence of these features.
