This crossing will be located on the north side of the tracks at the jurisdictional stream shown in the attached drawing at station 7648+52-M1. The permitted plans show no work taking place at this location, but there is work on the other side of the tracks at Permit Site #9. The Contractor proposes to install 1-48” pipe into the stream using the standard temporary stream crossing detail. Attached is their narrative and drawings. We’ll need an additional 35’ of temporary stream impacts in order to install the crossing. Do you need a formal mod application or can we handle this via email for the USACE and an in-field mod for DWR?
