Describe the existing land use or condition of the site at the time of this application: Lot # 15 is a vacant residential lot with a driveway to a small parking area. The lot includes an existing dock. Residential, undeveloped, etc. 6. Property Size 1.09 Acres 7. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or why it is necessary): The existing shoreline stabilization has washed out completely or is deficient in areas. There is adequate wave action to cause further shoreline erosion if protective measures are not taken. For example in the photograph that is included the stabilization should be at least 9 feet - the length of the tape measure - but is 6.5 feet. 8. How will the work be done?* From Land From Water 9. Please describe the vegetation above the normal pool lake level/ normal water level and 50 feet landward to be impacted: * (number of trees, for instance) The vegetation above the normal pool lake level / NWL and 50 feet landward is a mix of small pine trees and other various small vegetation. In order to have 10 feet of corridor access to the shoreline there will be 20- 25 trees that will be removed but replaced with ground cover mulch.
