Good morning, gentlemen, I've been assigned the application for permit to construct monitoring wells on Clark's Neck
Rd in Beaufort County. We typically do not issue well construction permits to consultants, but I don't mind if you sign as
agent for the owner; it's pretty clear that you are working on someone's behalf to obtain the permit. To complete the
review and issue the permit I need contact information for the well owner, the entity that is contracting you to install
the wells. When this information is received I can draft the permit and send it to my supervisor for signature.
Thank you,
Will Hart
