We typically do not issue well construction permits to consultants, but I don't mind if you sign as agent for the owner; it's pretty clear that you are working on someone's behalf to obtain the permit. To complete the review and issue the permit I need contact information for the well owner, the entity that is contracting you to install the wells. When this information is received I can draft the permit and send it to my supervisor for signature. Thank you, Will Hart Hydrogeologist 1 Division of Water. Resources Water Quality.
