Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on November 8, 2021. Derek
Scruggs was present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
- Station L 10+50 - Exposed soil needs to be stabilized on rip rap and downstream of rip rap. (Minor amount)
- Station L 14+00 R - Temporary bridge is under construction. Spoils adjacent to JS need to be removed and stabilized at
the end of the work day. This was discussed with the inspector.
NPDES records are up to date. Site is compliant with the 401 Water Quality Certification.
