Hey Sue, Sorry I was out on vacation yesterday, just seeing your email, can you write something in the permit that requires a post construction SW permit review with DEMLR, after talking with Jim Farkus, we'll either need a permit or we can show DEMLR that post construction SW controls are either equal to or better than current controls, in which case they will issue us a letter sting post construction SW permit is not needed. We are currently working with the airport to assess the current SW controls to be able to go back to Jim Farkus with a proposed path forward. I thought maybe I could just write a condition which states that you cannot conduct the work until another DEQ agency has approved the sizing and design of the post construction/post cap stormwater measures but unfortunately, I have communication from DWM in the file where they clearly say that they don't do this so I'm back to square one. See this snippet from an email exchange with them. i "Are you at all looking at the design► and/or sizing of those stormwater basins as part of your 11 Stormwater basin design and sizing is not under the purview of Solid Waste. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. I know you said the last time you talked to Jim F. in stormwater he was going to work with DWM to figure this out. Is there anything more? I don't want to have to deny this application for lack of information but my clock is running out quickly and I don't feel I can even write a conditional approval at this time.
