FYI, I looked thru this application from Chris’s email some already to “preview” it, and found a piece of info missing and
emailed Jason Dilday.
He’s getting me the info needed but also mentioned: “As for Laserfiche, I am continuing to have problems with the
online form. It will not let me save any updated information. So I had to put it together the best I could and save as a
.pdf.”
If you see any issues with the submittal let him (and me) know and we’ll see what we can do. Of course, Chris’s link
below is also a good backup source.
