the planned improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis
has been performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using the best

The proposed Powell Square Apartments is located on a ,'- 26.88 acre tract within the
within the Town limits of Fuquay-Varina. It is located at the intersections of NC Hwy.
55 and Old Powell Road SR 1111. This is a proposed permit modification to increase the
original permit WQ#0040977 dated August 13, 2019 flow rate of 41,520 gpd to a new
permitted flow rate of 93,360 gpd per the table below. The original permit was for 168 1
and 2 bedroom units with clubhouse and outdoor swimming pool amenity area while the
modified permit will increase the total number of units to be 384 1 and 2 bedroom units.
