It is located at the intersections of NC Hwy. 55 and Old Powell Road SR 1111. This is a proposed permit modification to increase the original permit WQ#0040977 dated August 13, 2019 flow rate of 41,520 gpd to a new permitted flow rate of 93,360 gpd per the table below. The original permit was for 168 1 and 2 bedroom units with clubhouse and outdoor swimming pool amenity area while the modified permit will increase the total number of units to be 384 1 and 2 bedroom units.
