This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0027359. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. Adam Deimling (TVA Environmental Scientist) assisted with the inspection. The facility appeared well maintained and operated at the time of the inspection, and in compliance with Permit NC0027359. The following items were noted at the time of the inspection: Unit 1 was out of service for a repair to the rotor, subsequently Outfall 003 was not discharging. Unit 2 and the associated Outfall 004 are operating and discharging normally. Downstream sampling is performed at the boat ramp.
