Belews Creek Steam Station — NCS000573 — Stokes County
Attention: DEMLR Stormwater Program
In accordance with Part Ill, E (2) of the above referenced NPDES Storm Water permit, the original and one
copy of the monthly report for the permitted stormwater outfalls are enclosed. The period for sampling
ended on September 30, 2021.
SWO03 and SW011 are in Tier I status for analyte TSS. SWO06 remains in Tier III status for analytes
Copper and Zinc. There were no qualifying flows for SW011 in September 2021.
For the above listed outfalls, the station entered in a Tier I and Tier III status. Duke Energy has performed
the steps to determine the cause of exceedance as required by the Tier status at each outfall.
