Modifications to the subject Attachments are as follows: ➢ Addition of the Big Buffalo WWTP (Permit No. NC0024147) in Lee County as a residuals source, with an approved dry tonnage of 1,000 dry tons/year (DT/yr). ➢ Addition of the Clariant Mount Holly West Facility WWTP (Permit No. NCG500047) in Gaston County as a residuals source, with an approved dry tonnage of 250 DT/yr. ➢ Transfer of 124.7 acres of land application fields from Permit No. WQ0002544, including: o NC-CL-08-10, NC-CL-08-11, and NC-CL-08-13 in Cleveland County, totaling 33.1 acres. o NC-CL-21-05 through NC-CL-21-09 in Cleveland County, totaling 38.5 acres. o NC-LT-32-01 through NC-LT-32-04 in Lincoln County, totaling 58 acres. ➢ Transfer of 282.46 acres of land application fields from Permit No. WQ0007066, including: o NC-CH-72-01 through NC-CH-72-03 in Chatham County, totaling 128.96 acres. o NC-CH-101-01 through NC-CH-101-15 in Chatham County, totaling 153.5 acres. ➢ Addition of new land application fields NC-CH-60-01 through NC-CH-60-04, NC-CH-60-06, NC-CH-60-07, NC-CH-60-11, and NC-CH-60-12 in Chatham County, totaling 246.99 acres. Roth November 5, 2021 Page 2 of 2 The modified Attachments A and B shall be effective from the date of certification until October 31, 2022 (i.e., expiration date of the current permit), shall void Attachments A and B of Permit No. WQ0016247 issued November 17, 2017 that was previously certified on June 1, 2021 and August 2, 2021, and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, as well as those specified in the above -referenced permit. Please replace Attachments A and B of Permit No. WQ0016247 that were certified on June 1, 2021 and August 2, 2021 with the modified Attachments A and B. Please note that the Permittee shall submit a renewal application no later than May 4, 2022. Please note that only the maps for new land application sites are attached to this letter. It is the Permittee's responsibility to ensure that a complete permit is created by inserting these documents into the previously issued permit. If any parts, requirements or limitations contained in this certification are unacceptable, the Permittee has the right to request an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within 30 days following receipt of this permit. This request shall be in the form of a written petition, conforming to Chapter 150B of the North Carolina General Statutes, and filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings at 6714 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-6714. Otherwise, this certification shall be final and binding.
