County and surrounding areas. The project will disturb approximately 4.35 acres. Gravel road
access shall be used beyond the existing driveway leading to Associated Land Surveyors, Inc.
office & parking lot.
SITE DESCRIPTION
The site is located off Brevard Road in Henderson County, North Carolina. The proposed
property is gently sloping.
