As you know, TI Coastal is conducting a magnetometer survey within the New Topsail Inlet channel (borrow area for
above - referenced project) in response to a NC SHPO request. I am requesting that the 401 Certification review be
placed on hold until the survey is complete, which is expected to be done this week or very shortly thereafter.
