The curernt permit became effective on July 1, 2021 and expires on December 31, 2025. A 12-month compliance history was reviewed from September 2020 through August 2021. One violation was reported on 2/2021 (NOD-2021-LV-0070)for Flow. Wastewater Performance Report for fiscal year 2019-2020 was reviewed on Union County web site. 12 month average flow for calendar year 2020 was caculated at 5.4 MGD or 72% of permitted flow.
