Hey Kristi Lynn,
This project got held up waiting on a USFWS required survey for sensitive joint vetch. The survey was just completed
(none found) and the Corps issued this under a GP291. My review concludes that written approval is not required for
GC 4175. Can you please create a BIMS number and LF folder and then I’ll upload all the info I have on it. Thanks.
