The attached Pre -Construction Notification (PCN) is being submitted on behalf of NSR WOODFIN LLC
represented by Mr. Shane Seagle. The project boundary consists of +/- 9.5 acres and is part of Buncombe
County parcel 973146098600000. The project is located at on Walnut Springs Drive in Woodfin, North Carolina.
The applicant is seeking a Nationwide Permit 27 to restore a stream channel in place of an existing pond/dam
that has fallen in disrepair.
