This letter is in response to your letter request for additional information dated July 10, 2007 for
the Churchill Community Greenway Project, DWQ Project # OS-1661v2. The responses to your
request are as follows:
1. Section XIV on the PCN -The Churchill Community Greenways Project will not result
in any additional development that could impact nearby downstream water quality. The
Churchill Community is an already developed property. The project area surrounding the
proposed greenway is completely built. There is no room for development outside of the
project area, therefore no additional development will occur.
2. Agent Authorization Letter -Attached is a new Agent Authorization letter for this phase
of the Churchill Community Project.
3. Site Plan with Riparian Buffers -Attached is a full size site plan sheet depicting Zone 1
and Zone 2 of the Neuse River Buffers.
4. Map of Buffer Impacts -Attached are 3 full size sheets showing the buffer impacts at a
scale of 1" = 50'. The total linear footage of the greenway trial is 5,900. The width of
the greenway trial is 5 feet. 2,3521inear feet of the greenway trial will be constructed
within Zone 2 of the Neuse Buffer. The total area of impact within Zone 2 of the Neuse
Buffer is 0.27 acres.
