Hi Laurie,
A Bryan Pietz will be dropping off a check to process a 401 application he submitted. Will you let me know when he
delivers this check (he has told me he is hand delivering it Friday or Monday to you in Archdale). His site (3206 Colby
Chase Drive, Apex NC) was under a NOV, and we lifted it with the understanding that he apply for a 401; he hasn't paid
the check, so this obviously hasn't happened yet. I need to pass along to Town of Apex that he is fine with us before they
will lift restrictions on the site, so once he pays, I can do that.
