The correction to the subject permit is as follows:
1. The measurement frequency for Total Dissolved Solids (70300) has been changed to 3 x Year.
Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0004972 issued January 13, 2021 with the
enclosed corrected Attachment A.
