Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on November 3, 2021. I spoke
with Phillip Heatherly during the inspection. The site is compliant with the 401 Water Quality Certification.
- Station L 16+00 LT (Site 2B). Measures are need above JS. Phillip said that silt fence would be added by the end of
the day and groundcover will be added by the end of the week.
