Bodie Island Lighthouse Pond Mitigation
ONEID 028-018

The Bodie Island Lighthouse Pond Mitigation Site is approximately 111-acre mitigation site in
Dare County adjacent to the Bodie Island Lighthouse, located six miles south of Nags Head NC
and three miles north of the Oregon Inlet within hydrologic unit 03010205.

In order to offset unavoidable impacts associated with B-2500, the Bodie Island lighthouse
mitigation site will be debited 0.672 acres to cover the 0.1344 acres of impacts at a 5:1 ratio.
