Bridge will be replaced with a new single-span cored slab structure. SUMMARY OF HISTORIC ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPES REVIEW Description of review activities, results, and conclusions: After in-depth eligibility evaluation, HPO concurred that Little East Fork Creek Stone Silos (HW0658) was eligible for the National Register under Criterion C for design. The boundary of the historic property includes the entirely of the current tax parcel associated with PIN 8632-83- 9803, which encompasses approximately 9.5 acres, to account for the setting that reflects it's historic use. The boundary follows the existing ROW along SR 1129. USACE permit is required for construction therefore assessment of effects under Section 106 of the NHPA is the next step.
