CEC resubmitted the plans per the attached email on April 1, 2021 to both DWR and the Corps per Ms. Chapman’s email
allowing us until 5pm on April 1, 2021 to resubmit. We initially attempted to resubmit on March 31, 2021 with a link to
our files but understand there were some firewall issues with our recipients.

Our team has followed up on several occasions via email and by phone since our submittal, including the Biological
Opinion you referenced to confirm DWR had all documents needed for approval.

As stated in the attached return letter, there needs to be a resubmittal. DWR does not have anything from CEC
or the City of Hickory except an email with the Biological Opinion from the USFWS.

Did you resubmit the altered plans for review to the Corps and DWR wasn't copied? If you submitted
electronically, both agencies should have gotten the resubmittal.

Any clarification would be appreciated.
