The Sharma's being the owners of this lot in Governor's Club, dispute and would like to request an appeal of
the County's attached onsite determination. The County determined an intermittent stream starts on the
property with a score of 20.5 points. However, the owners are unaware of any previous plat maps or
subdivision maps, to include those approved by the County, which show such a stream or buffer on this
previously platted lot in the established Governor's Club community. I have communicated with Shelton Sullivan
about this and request that he conduct the appeal determination.
