Good morning IRT,
Eco Terra Partners, LLC provided a draft mitigation plan to our office on September 11, 2021, for
their Neuse 01 Umbrella Mitigation Bank, and Auctioneer Forest Mitigation Site (SAW-2020-01752),
located in Wayne County in the Neuse River Basin (8-digit HUC: 03020201). This email provides
notification for the start of the NCIRT review period for the Draft Mitigation Plan Review in
accordance with Section 332.8(d)(7) of the Mitigation Rule. The 30-day review period will start on
Oct. 12, 2021. Please provide any comments/concerns you have by November 11, 2021.
The draft mitigation plan can be found on the RIBITs website at the following link:
