Can you please send me a signed agent authorization form? I see that you've signed the application form, and the
application package requires an agent authorization letter from the applicant if the application is not signed by the

I am reviewing the application for the above referenced project, and in order to complete the review process, some
additional information is required:
1. This application indicates that 0.011 acres of isolated wetlands and 0.090 acres of jurisdictional wetlands will be
impacted. The PJD (SAW-2020-00135) included with the application appears to show these two sections of
wetlands together as Site Number "WL 1100" for a total of 0.101 acres in the "Table of Aquatic Resources in
Review Area Which "May Be" Subject to Regulatory Jurisdiction". Please provide more information on these
wetlands and provide support that the 0.011 acres are isolated wetlands. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(c)]
2. Under Section A, 1c, the application indicates that the NWP has been verified by the Corps. Please provide a
