The DMRs on file show there have been multiple exceedances of stormwater benchamrks for both TSS and turbidity. The facility should investigate the causes and implement a plan to reducestormwater turbidty. Turbidity and Tier Response requirements were updated during the renewal of the NCG02 permit in July 2021. Facility contacts should respond to the exceedances in accordance with the new permit requirements. The Facility SWPPP should also be reviewed and updated to reflect current permit requirements. The facility should be undergoing Tier Response procedures to address the high benchamrk exceedances. The requirements for turbidity sampling were updated during the NCG02 permit renewal in July 2021.
