RE: Jennings Humphrey request for 401 Water Quality Certification.
To whom it may concern,
Enclosed are detailed drawings of Jennings Humphreys dam repair. Anything right of the line
representing the edge of the woods is considered wetland. Twelve feet of fill will extend into the
wetland. The maximum depth will be 4 feet and will taper down to the original ground level. An
additional 10 to 15 feet will need to be cleared so landowner can maintain dam. The total amount
of wetland impacted will be 25 feet wide by 200 feet long. The total area will be .11 acres.
