Inspection Summary:
Otter Creek Quarry does not appear to have ever been permitted as a mine. The only files available are from multiple
application reviews in 2016. We believe the application was withdrawn. The owner withdrew several mining permits around
this same time.
A site visit was conducted on November 2, 2021 to make sure no mining had taken place. The site is currently used as farm
land and there was no evidence any mining had taken place.
The application for NCG02 coverage can be withdrawn.
