received August 16, 2021. However, additional information is required before the review may be
completed. Please address the items on the attached pages no later than the close of business on December
2, 2021.

1. The design information for the proposed blowers was not listed within Item V.I I.f. It is unclear
whether two blowers are being proposed (one for Sludge Holding Tanks 1 and 2, one for Sludge
Holding Tanks 3 and 4), or if four blowers are being proposed (one for each of the Sludge Holding
Tanks). Please revise this page of the application and clarify the configuration.

1. The smaller text call -outs and features on the signed/sealed copy of the plans are difficult to read
due to the low resolution. For example, the dimensions of what appears to be the proposed blower
on Sheet 2 are illegible. Please submit a new copy of the Plan Set at a higher resolution for our
review.

1. Please provide equipment information within the `Blower" and "Aeration Piping and Diffusers"
sections that aligns with the items listed under design criteria to be supplied under Item V.1 I.f. in
the Application. Has a preferred manufacturer of the proposed blowers been selected? If so, please
provide a copy of the manufacturer's cut sheets.
