4a.Describe the existing conditions on the site and the general land use in the vicinity of the project at the time of this application:*
This bridge was washed out during Tropical Storm Fred in August 2021.Temporary culverts were installed with onsite rock to create passage to this community,but a new bridge is
required due to unstable nature of temporary access.
A new bridge will be installed along with 260 linear feet of stream excavation and subsequent placement of Class-B rip-rap to create a stable stream bank and restore hydraulic capacity in
order to pass the 25 year storm event.
