Project Description and History 4a.Describe the existing conditions on the site and the general land use in the vicinity of the project at the time of this application:* This bridge was washed out during Tropical Storm Fred in August 2021.Temporary culverts were installed with onsite rock to create passage to this community,but a new bridge is required due to unstable nature of temporary access. A new bridge will be installed along with 260 linear feet of stream excavation and subsequent placement of Class-B rip-rap to create a stable stream bank and restore hydraulic capacity in order to pass the 25 year storm event. 4b.Have Corps permits or DWR certifications been obtained for this project(including all prior phases)in the past?
