Subject: Toxicity Limit for the Town of Cashiers WWTP (NPDES No. NC0063321,
Jackson County)
It has come to my attention that the wrong IWC for the chronic/ceriodaphnia/grtrly
toxicity limit of the subject permit was recommended for a wasteflow of 0.1 MGD. The
permit should reflect an IWC of 24% at the 0.1 MGD "wasteflow, and 38% for a 0.2 MGD
flow. Please take the appropriate actions to correct this regrettable error.
