I am returning your Authorization to Construct (ATC) request for Cashiers WWTP that was
received in this office on September 23, 1998.
The following items were not included in the ATC submittal:
• A letter from the permittee which specifies the proposed construction activities,
• Three sets of specifications and design calculations (stamped and sealed by an NC
Professional Engineer.
Prior to resubmitting this Authorization to Construct (ATC), please submit the engineer's
certification for ATC# 063321ACC. This ATC, issued October 9, 1998, is for approval of automatic
standby power and noise reduction equipment at the Cashiers Facility.
