Dear Mr. Dail:
Final plans.and specifications for the subject project have been reviewed and
found to be satisfactory. Authorisation is hereby granted for the construction
of :codifications and additions to consist of screening, flow measuring -recording
unit, splitter-box, a 0.04 MO extended aeration treatment plant and appurtenances,
satisfactory waste sludge stabilisation provisions, to be operated in parallel with,
and expand the capacity of the existing Odom treatment facilities, consisting.of an
influent lift station, primary clarifier, preaeration unit, high rate trickling
filter with recirculation, final clarifier, waste sludge stabilization, and sludge
drying beds, to 0.07 MGD treatment facilities.
This is a Class II Wastewater Treatment Plant which requires the operator in
responsible charge to hold a valid Grade II Certificate.
This Authorization to Construct shall be subject to revocation unless the
wastewater treatment facilities are constructed in accordance with the conditions
and limitations specified in Permit No. NC0027642.
One (1) set of approved plans and specifications is being forwarded to your
and one (1) set to Olsen Associates, Inc.
