The Division approved the SIU drop request on 1/2/2019 with the Town's Industrial Pretreatment Program being placed on an inactive status. The last compliance evaluation inspection at this facility was performed by DWR staff on 10/24/19. Yes No NA NE • ❑ ❑ ❑ • ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ • ❑ Comment: On -site effluent field analyses (conductivity, dissolved oxygen, pH, temperature and total residual chlorine) are performed under the Town's field laboratory certification #5532. Water Tech Labs, Inc. and Meritech (chronic toxicity) have also been contracted to provide analytical support. The actual pH check standard value (following calibration) should be recorded (instead of a check mark) for all future check standard verifications. In addition, the theorectical dissolved oxygen (DO) value and the actual DO value should be documented for the DO meter calibrations (initial and post calibration verification). Influent Sampling # Is composite sampling flow proportional? Is sample collected above side streams? Is proper volume collected? The facility is equipped with a telemetry type alarm notification system (Mission Control) to alert staff of selected alarm conditions. Bar Screens Type of bar screen a.Manual b.Mechanical Are the bars adequately screening debris? Is the screen free of excessive debris? Is disposal of screening in compliance? Is the unit in good condition? Yes No NA NE • • ❑ ❑ ❑ • ❑ ❑ ❑ • ❑ ❑ ❑ • ❑ ❑ ❑ Comment: Screenings and grit are disposed at the County Landfill. The dumpster housing the bar screenings had leaked wastewater onto the asphalt driveway along the curbing. The wastewater was contained and staff indicated that the affected area would be properly cleaned up with all wastewater being properly disposed. The facility staff must ensure all leakage from this dumpster is properly disposed back into the WWTP to prevent an unpermitted discharge of wastewater into the stormwater drainage system.
