Kevin Matheson (ORC) and Mason McDonald (BORC) assisted with the inspection. The facility appeared well maintained and operated at the time of the inspection, and in compliance with Permit NC0044164. The following items were noted at the time of the inspection: A parshall flume was installed in 2019 to provide continuous effluent flow monitoring. A new Actiflow ballasted rapid settling clarifier was also recently installed and is utilized as raw water conditions dictate. Is proper volume collected? Is the tubing clean? # Is proper temperature set for sample storage (kept at less than or equal to 6.0 degrees Celsius)?
