Large amount of sandy silt has accumulated over a 20 year period. This has forced home owner to move their dock to a non permitted location roughly 60 feet away. We would like to pull
the silt to the shore line forming a gentle slope, covering slope with cloth and crushed granite. All while keeping lake bed at its natural slope which we will match to the properties on either
side.
4b. Have Corps permits or DWR certifications been obtained for this project (including all prior phases) in the past?*

The project will be done while water is pulled down below the work zone. No machines will be placed in or on the water. This project will clean the large amount of silt from the natural lake
bed floor and will be placed back on the shoreline. Crushed granite will hold the silt in place. There will be two machines on site a d39 dozer and a pc138 excavator both a 2021 models
that will be checked regularly for leaks to insure we do not contaminate any soils placed near the water.
4k. Will this activity involve dredging in wetlands or waters?
Yes No
If yes, Describe the type of dredging, the composition of the dredged material and the location of disposal area.
Dredging will be done when water is below work zone. No machines will be placed in or on water. The silt will be placed just above where it is currently located and used to form a slope
