I am writing in response to the above -referenced Notice of Violation. As reported, a 12-inch cast iron
sewer pipe broke on Highland Avenue, causing a sanitary sewer overflow. Remedial actions included
the contracting of Mayland Septic Service, Inc., Mike's Septic Tank Service, and Triple T Pumping to
pump the appropriate pump stations from April 23 to April 26. On April 26, 2021, Iron Mountain
Construction Co, Inc. repaired the line in question. I have enclosed copies of all invoices for these
services.
